Packetalk monitors all of its equipment in real time 24/7/365 days a year. The monitoring tool will proactively check every camera, wireless device, Router, network switches to ensure functionality as illustrated in the diagram below. The monitoring tool will also provide around the clock system utilization on all video manage servers and archive devices, the tool will monitor for CPU, RAM and Video card utilization and will send out alert emails/SMS if predefined parameters are not met.

The company also maintains a 24 hours per day and 365 days per year Technical Support Line. This service is provided to not only log service issues and/or failures but also for technical questions and issues. In addition to round the clock service Packetalk provides 30 minute remote response time to reported outages and hourly status reports on on ongoing troubleshooting.
