Packetalk Technologies to Showcase Connected Investigative Intelligence Platform at NATIA 2026

LYNDHURST, NJ — July 2026 — Packetalk Technologies, a provider of integrated investigative and public safety technology solutions, today announced it will exhibit at the National Technical Investigators’ Association (NATIA) 2026 Annual Training Conference, taking place July 26–30, 2026, in Columbus, Ohio. Conference attendees are invited to visit Booth #633 to experience how Packetalk’s Connected Investigative Intelligence Platform helps law enforcement agencies connect investigative technologies into a unified operational environment that improves situational awareness, operational coordination, and investigative efficiency.

At this year’s conference, Packetalk will demonstrate its recently introduced In-Car Mobile Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) System, the newest expansion of its connected platform. The solution extends real-time license plate recognition directly into patrol and investigative vehicles while integrating with Packetalk’s ecosystem of intelligent cameras, fixed ALPR, networking infrastructure, analytics, and situational awareness software.

Today’s investigations depend on information collected from many different sources, including cameras, Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR), networking infrastructure, analytics, and operational software. When those systems operate independently, valuable information often remains fragmented across multiple platforms, slowing investigations and limiting operational visibility. Packetalk’s Connected Investigative Intelligence Platform is designed to unify these technologies into a connected operational environment that helps agencies improve visibility, strengthen collaboration, and make more informed decisions while maximizing existing technology investments.

“Investigators don’t need more disconnected technology, they need better connected intelligence,” said Tamer Zakhary, CEO of Packetalk.
“Our platform brings together cameras, ALPR, networking, analytics, and operational software into one connected investigative environment, giving investigators and command staff faster access to the information they need while leveraging the infrastructure they’ve already built.”

Unlike standalone investigative technologies, Packetalk’s platform connects multiple operational systems into one scalable ecosystem. By integrating fixed and mobile ALPR, intelligent video surveillance, networking infrastructure, analytics, and operational software, agencies can improve collaboration across investigative units, patrol, Real-Time Crime Centers, command staff, and regional partners while expanding capabilities as operational requirements evolve.

Packetalk’s Connected Investigative Intelligence Platform is already supporting a diverse range of operational environments.

In Mercer County, New Jersey, Packetalk’s technology powers one of the state’s most comprehensive countywide public safety ecosystems, connecting more than 500 intelligent public safety devices across multiple municipalities to improve regional collaboration, situational awareness, and operational response.

In Aventura, Florida, the Aventura Police Department leverages Packetalk’s platform to integrate hundreds of public and private cameras into a connected public safety network that enhances operational visibility and supports investigative and public safety operations during high-profile events and critical community initiatives.

Packetalk’s platform has also demonstrated its flexibility during temporary deployments. During the JCC Maccabi Campus Games in Pittsburgh, the company’s integrated surveillance, networking, and real-time monitoring technologies supported security operations for nearly 2,000 athletes and thousands of coaches, volunteers, families, and visitors attending the international event.

Together, these deployments demonstrate how Packetalk’s platform supports multiple operational environments, from countywide public safety networks and municipal policing to investigative operations, temporary event security, and mobile field deployments.

Visitors to Booth #633 will experience how Packetalk connects investigative technologies into a unified operational platform through demonstrations featuring:

  • In-Car Mobile ALPR
  • Fixed ALPR solutions
  • Intelligent public safety cameras
  • Networking infrastructure
  • Situational awareness software
  • Integrated analytics
  • Connected operational technologies

“NATIA brings together some of the industry’s leading technical investigators and technology professionals who are focused on solving increasingly complex operational challenges,” continued Zakhary.
“We’re excited to demonstrate how agencies can move beyond disconnected systems by building an interoperable investigative intelligence platform that adapts as technology, investigations, and operational requirements continue to evolve.”
